About Us
Anderson Strategies was started as a consultancy to assist organizations with services not normally found in the consulting marketplace. The concept is to help businesses align their business goals with their business procedures. In many cases, organizations lose sight of one or both of these as the day to day operational needs get in the way of working toward the business goals. Technology is one of those areas where this rapidly develops. The rapid change of technology and the improvements in productivity brought about by technological change can get out of sync very quickly in a business. This results in lost productivity and an alignment problem of the business goals from the business procedures.
We believe that by looking at technology, internal controls, business policies, and business procedures we can help align or realign the business goals with the business procedures. Alignment is important because if the procedures are not aligned with the goals it takes the business longer with more effort to achieve the next level of revenue growth and profitability.
